Q. What is the AFOQT?
A. The Air Force Officer Qualifying Test is a test all potential officers must take. In
ROTC, this test must be taken before you will be considered for a scholarship, and before December
of your sophomore year at the latest. The AFOQT is made up of several different timed sections.
This test takes approximately four and a half hours to take. It will usually be offered twice
each semester.
